you're fine dude. top third at BC/BU at least get interviews at OCI - it depends on your personality/connections also obviously. And as long as you don't bid on Wilmer Hale -level firms.

You should get some interviews, and then it's up to you to turn them into offers for the summer. Probably an uphill battle for OCI at that rank (can be helped with work experience, IP, URM, getting on a journal, etc.), but still in the game. Definitely do both the NYC program and the primary Boston OCI, a few people I know really regretted not doing NYC. Also plan on mass-mailing, OCI isn't a lock for anyone and more options are better than fewer.
