I am going to an interview in a week and I was told that I will only be meeting 2 partners of the regional office staffing 4 partners.

does it indicate that this is not going to be the final interview

suppose there are only 4 partners in a small office of a biglaw firm - will they have you meet with all of them before hiring you?

No.

i understand that if there are more than a few partners then the candidate need not meet with them all.
but there are only 4in my case!

The answer is still no.
