URM at Cornell. Very active with BLSA (On the Executive Board), I have great softs in work and volunteer experience, and I interview well. No word on Law Review/Journals.
I know V5 is right out, but is anything below in the V10-15 fair game? I want NYC only.
Thanks for the help!

Useless without knowing what kind of URM you are (AA or Mexican or NA etc)

Very high. Lot of 3.4 lows on the symplicity for v20 firms. Pretty sure most are URMs.

Have you seen the "GPA: High" numbers for v15 firms on Symplicity? I think they were just posted recently, and they're absolutely terrifying...
