Looking for people to realistically evaluate my chances at 3L OCI.

Just finished 2L at one of CLS/NYU. I had a medianish GPA 1L year and around a 3.7 2L year taking substantive courses. I'm working at a V100 this summer & have every expectation of getting an offer at the end of the summer. No other meaningful work experience or softs. Assuming I do get an offer from my firm this summer, what do you guys think my chances of trading up to another firm at 3L OCI are? I'd appreciate feedback from people who have gone thru the process or know anyone who has done so.

Just out of curiosity, do you just want to pursue a firm with a higher vault rating for prestige purposes?

hijacking thread...

rising 3L at TT. Top 14% after 1L year and struck out at OCI after many interviews. Summering at a midsized niche firm that pays close to market, but dont like the practice area. Got a 3.8 in fall and 4.0 in spring of 2L year (substantive courses). Waiting for rankings, but probably closer to top 5-8%. Any chance at landing a biglaw job?

If you only got mid-law for 2L SA, how likely are you to get a V100 firm 3L OCI or 3L mass mail? Assuming you do well 2L. At a lower T-14.
