Top Law Schools

Left a paid internship about five years ago - it was unclear whether I was fired or what not, I was more so "let go." I did get a call from the HR manager at that time to return company equipment or they would call my school. Does this matter when I'm applying for my moral character/fitness portion for the CA bar? If so, how can I go about finding out if I was terminated - I worked for a big global company and can't find their HR contact info.

Also - I didn't disclose that I got into trouble for playing music too loudly in my undergrad dorm but requested a student judicial record from my school and it says I have no record. Am I ok with this issue or do I need to go through the process and say I forgot to disclose.
