I didn't even know it was normal to get an offer for another internship after your 1L summer job, or at least no one I know of is working for the same employer their 2nd summer as their 1st summer. Unless, of course, you got fired for some sort of misconduct... then maybe it could cause problems.

How can you be this stupid. Honestly, that stupidity should be the C&F issue.

Read the questions on your C&F app, and determine if any of them are asking about this, but probably no, it won't.

I don't think C/F means what you think it means.

Probably not, unless there was termination, discipline, or suspension.

Even if you were fired, suspended and yelled at, promised you never find a job in that city ever again, you'd pass C&F. It's about weeding out unethical people and current and future criminals.

Yeah, all the reported cases (e.g. search for "board of law examiners" on westlaw) seem to involve pretty serious shit. The worst that would happen is probably a request for more information, or some kind of contact with the employer.

No offer /= getting fired. You never had the job in the first place.
