when applying for summer internships and full time jobs after law school, does your undergraduate or graduate (if you did a masters) GPA matter at all? or just your law school grades?

I am in my last semester and I have a ~3.85 undergrad and a ~ 3.8 masters GPA in an engineering field. If i have made consistent As and A- with just a couple B+s would it look really bad to get a B or maybe even a C this semester? I am already accepted to a few T6 schools.

I am just taking 3 classes, and have no motivation. is it ok to blow off this semester or will this hurt me down the line when looking for jobs?

It matters for some. I had a partner at a BigLaw firm say that I was unqualified for an interview (during an on-site interview!) because my undergraduate GPA was low... even though I have an MS and years of work experience!
