Hey first-time poster, not sure if there's a general thread for this, so if any mods can move this for me (if necessary) that'd be greatly appreciated

I have a place in Silver Spring at the Blairs Apt Complex
It is a Studio, furnished, utilities included, 1330 a month. It goes up to August 1, at which point if you need it further, we can renew the lease although the price will probably go up by 3-9%. The place has a pool, a grill, business center, pool tables, gym, the works. There's a 24/7 concierge, washer and dryer on each floor.

It is about a block from the metro and the grocery store (Giant). I'd say its about a 3-5 minute walk. Pretty fantastic location, 15 minutes to Union Station on the red line.
shoot me an email at bahadur.s.khan@gmail.com if you're interested. I'd prefer someone who only needs it up to August 1 because that's the easier approach in terms of the lease but I'm incredibly happy here so I'd be glad to re-up for next year.

I didn't know that these were allowed... if so, I would think this would have generated a lot of interest, especially in DC.

That being said, does your studio take dogs? Is there a parking space dedicated to the unit ?
