If you were going to start a boutique firm in the NJ area what field of law or practice would you focus on and why?

If you're starting a "boutique" firm and you're straight out of law school, you're doing it wrong. If you start your own place as a fresh grad, you should just take any work you can hustle. Beggers can't be choosers.

I think the question speaks for itself. If you were going to start a boutique firm in the NJ area (assuming you have practice experience....XYZ) what field of law or practice would you focus on and why?
