LSAT score on 1L resume?

As a 1L, my legal experience is virtually nil, and I have yet to get super-involved in any organizations, etc. My prior experience to law school consisted of waiting tables, and I didn't perform particularly well in undergrad. Basically, my resume is lookin' rough.
I did perform OK in my first semester, finishing in the top 25%.
My question boils down to this: is it inappropriate/worthless to include my LSAT score, at least on my 1L resume? I got a 171, and am convinced that was the only reason I managed to get myself into a decent law school. I know most employers will say that the score is meaningless now, but considering my lack of other resume-quality material, including the score couldn't hurt, right?

Really bad idea.
1) No one does this, and you're going to stand out - but not in the good way. In the "I'm a douche who thinks the LSAT still matters" way.
2) What, if anything, are you trying to signal by presenting your score? That you're smart, right? Well, potential employers view the school to which you were admitted as a proxy for your intelligence. Are there lots of people with much lower scores who weren't slackers in UG who have been admitted to your school? Of course. But that's the way it goes.
Your LSAT score has run its course, unless you stumble upon whatever random K&L Gates office it is that asks for it.
ETA: Yeah, what she said.

Put the waiting tables stuff on your resume though. In all seriousness, it shows some amount of work ethic, especially if it was during undergrad.

Thanks to those who actually provided some real answers.
Considering this exact question is addressed on a FAQ from the Yale CSO in 2011, it didn't seem like a completely ridiculous question to me.

If you knew some Yalies, you'd understand why they had to address it.

I personally agree with everything said in this thread. However there are judges that ask to include an LSAT score when applying for clerkships. What's up with that?

Maybe as a compromise, print it on paper that has your LSAT score as a watermark. Or get it airbrushed on your interview tie. There is a kiosk at the mall that can do this

Might be overkill. I already have it tattooed across the knuckles on my right hand (ending with an exclamation point for my pointer finger, of course).

I'm assuming you want to put it on there because you go to a school where someone with a 171 lsat is an outlier, because otherwise a high score would be easily inferred. So if you put it on there, the first thing on anyone's mind who reads it is: "why is someone with a 171 lsat only in the top 25% of the class?" (it makes you look like you're not a hard worker) And it looks douchey..

Yeah, well, that's Yale. You can put almost anything on your resume there, since employers stop reading at "Yale".

Only if you also include your picture on the top right corner.

are they that bad?
I thought the truly intelligent people are not that insufferable. It's the strivers of average or above average intelligence who are most insufferable.

These are some great ideas. OP, I wouldn't listen to the haterz in this thread. While putting on your resume may be a little forward, I'd personally try to drop subtle hints during the interview, like, "It feels like its 171 degrees outside! Like my LSAT score" or "there are as many jobs out there that want me as points on my LSAT, 171, btdubbs, but I'll deign to accept this one"

Or you could be like this guy who lists his LSAT score on his LinkedIn page despite graduating from law school
three years ago.

sometimes I feel ashamed when I read such resumes that smack of such douchiness. ashamed of my being in this great profession.
