Possible C&F issue re. pre-law-school employment

Quick question: After college & before law school, I held a job for under two months, which I ended up leaving voluntarily because it was not a good fit for me, I felt the company's business practices were questionable & possibly unethical, and I was able to find a much better job. My law school app asked for 'up to four' positions of employment & I didn't bother to list this job (although I only listed three others, so didn't fill up the maximum of four). It nowhere said to disclose every job I have ever had or list all positions I have held for the past X years. I also have not been putting it on my resume, on the advice of a few people I know who work in HR & advise applicants to leave off jobs they worked at for less than 2-3 months because they are inconsequential.

Since my state C&F application (NY) asks for every single job I have held for the past so many years, I am going to put this job down. My question is, will I possibly get in trouble with C&F for not listing it on my law school application even though the app didn't ask for a comprehensive disclosure of former employment? Again, I left this job completely voluntarily - no pressure at all to resign, in fact they wanted me to stay on as an employee, but the job just wasn't a good fit for me - so any questions about being fired from a job would not apply to me.

Thanks!

if they didn't ask for all employment, there cannot be any problem.

This is OP. The exact wording of the question is as follows: List up to four positions of full-time or significant part-time employment you have held, beginning with the most recent. Include summer employment, military, Peace Corps, or similar government service, homemaking, and primary child care responsibilities.

I included all my summer employment, as the question asked me to do, & the rest of it (military, Peace Corps, etc.) does not apply to me. I was just wondering if I should address this w/ the dean of students at my school before I take the bar just in case there is any possible issue, or if I should just wait & see what happens (and avoid getting in any trouble with my school...not that I think they would care too much about this).

Depends on your school. Michigan will look at the information and provide a letter to C&F stating they don't think it falls under their question and even if it did, they would have accepted you anyhow as they don't think it bares on X. Or, at least I've heard of them doing this and they stated they did during orientation.

This is really a simple question that should be emailed to your Dean of Students.

seems fine to me. They aren't asking for a complete list.
