Dechert SA question

Does Dechert ask for 2L grade updates? If so, when?

Yes. They require you send them via notarized letter within a week of receiving them or they have the right to rescind. Most people I know who summered there sent a letter each time they got a grade.

My friend is summering there in 2014 and they have already asked for his 2L grades even though he is still applying to law school.

it is highly unlikely that a firm so unconcerned with grades during the recruiting process would suddenly show interest for SAs at the end of their summer.
people really need to CHILL.
