Between Median and Top Third at T15-20... Is all lost?
Pretty much the subject says it all. feeling a bit worried since I performed decently but decent enough... Anyone been in a similar position following 1st semester of 1L?

Nah you're fine. If you are at a T15-17 you're already competitive for good jobs. A little better grades would help a lot. If you're at a T18-20, you'll likely need better grades for a firm job, but you're on okay shape so far.
