Jobless T14 3L - too late in the process?

Bottom T14, median grades, secondary journal. I spent 2L summer working in-house for a large NGO, under the impression that full-time position would open up this fall. Just heard from my supervisor last week that they arent in the position of hiring a law school graduate in fall, probably due to financial constraints...I become especially desperate. I did start to check in some other places (firms, in-houses, etc.) last semester, used connections and networked, but I didnt massmail. Anyone thinks spamming would yield any possible result at this point of the year? I will definitely continue to network and reach out to all my connections (legal and non-legal), but I am just wondering if anyone could comment on the usefulness of spamming at this point. Thanks a lot.

certainly spam.
Also, has anyone tried a "make your own fellowship"? Basically, why don't you continue working for the NGO, but fundraise yourself for your salary?

My T-14 pretty much does that for 6 months after graduation paying you min wage (effectively) to work at a non-profit.

OP here, thanks everyone for the advice. Will start spamming today.
Yeah, I agree that there might be some sponsorship opportunities, but it doesnt hurt to apply elsewhere first.
