I'm clerking in New York for 2012-13 and have an apartment in DC to rent for the year. It is fully furnished in Foggy Bottom.

It's a one bedroom apartment for $1550/month + cable/wifi (electric and gas included). Has option for parking if you want to pay for it. In Foggy Bottom. I'll even leave my flatscreen for the year...

Move in will be beginning of August. Cost about $1530.
