Anyone know which states allow members of the bar to function as a real estate broker without becoming a licensed real estate agent?

Looks like New York may be one:

Is there a comprehensive list somewhere? Haven't found one.

Texas allows a lawyer to take a commission from a principal but will not allow brokers to split commission with an attorney.

I think Maryland allows you to waive some of the required real estate education classes. I know this is also an ethical thicket as to who your client is.
