Manhattan DA or Small Plaintiffs Securities class action firm (small as in 2 ppl - but good repuation/connex and would probably go to bat for u in future)

If you are saying you were no-offered by a firm and now have the opportunity to do a spring internship at one of these two places, do the Manhattan DA. Sorry, but assuming you were no-offered for something you did, you are damaged goods to firms and it sounds like this new firm isn't a permanent prospect. If you meant you do not have a job for next summer, doing the firm is probably better in that they might extend you to the summer and having a firm name on the resume is always a good signal to other firms (assuming you aren't no-offered).
