If you are a 1L applying for a position that requires a writing sample that is "un-edited by a third party", what should you use? I could be reading this wrong, but aren't all of the LRW assignments "edited" when they are graded?

Did you have a final memo/brief? Were any drafts edited by a TA or professor before you turned it in? If no-> turn in what you turned in for your final memo/brief. They want to know how you can write, not how you can write after you got your final memo/brief back with professor mark ups.
