As a janitor they will talk about all their cases without realizing that I was once a law student with dreams. Just wondering, if I work as a janitor and then secretly write memos and shit for them, file them nicely and win cases, will they go wow he's smart, and hire me?

Only if you help solve complicated issues for them without their knowledge, but eventually get found out by a talented partner at the firm, who wants to create great legal precedent with you (granted you first see some psychologists to get through your obvious emotional problems rooted in your rough childhood experience).

edit: damn you Grizz for ruining my reference lol

Yes. While cleaning, find the filing cabinet that allows you to control the hiring partner and then force the hiring partner to hire you. Return to filing cabinet as necessary to ensure advancement and future partnership.
