I spoke with the attorney who is in charge of the program about 3 weeks ago, and she told me to send her materials, but that its very early. I haven't heard anything back. I'm not sure of their timeline though or hiring criteria. T2, T15%, Journal/Moot & WE.
Do you know their salary?

So three weeks ago was very early? So is it safe to assume their hiring wave starts in spring?

^^ Like I said, I have no idea their hiring process. But the way she said "very early" 3 weeks ago seemed like they don't start looking yet.
Again do you have any idea on salary range for summers / first years?

Talked to a partner at the firm...there are no summer programs and they don't hire fresh JDs... I don't know where you head the summer info.
