I know Sidley and Mayer offered everyone last summer. Kirkland probably offered 95% or so, harder to offer everyone when the class is over 50, there are bound to be some bad fits. I bet Winston and Jenner also offered everyone. Firms are scared to death of no-offering at the moment, everyone's reputation is hanging by a thread these days plus the classes are so small in Chicago (now) that they need each of those summers to pan out.

NALP isnt a good indicator of this- a lot of kids at the Big 5 are going to wind up clerking before joining full time.

As for Schiff, I bet they stop no-offering now that they have a more rigorous call back process. Seems like they will have a much better handle for who they are getting.

Winston and Sidley had perfect offer rates this year and last year.
