Obviously this is frowned upon & unprofessional, but desire is to be in another city, one where I had no luck this year in OCI. Accepted an offer but there might be an option in preferred city. Might, of course, could mean nothing. But, part of me says this is the time to lock into preferred city if SA option is there. You only live once, right? Of course, maybe better shot to get full-time offer at the firm I accepted.
Or is better to go to firm where offer is accepted (its a V50) and then go back out there for 3L hiring in the preferred city? I know 3L hiring is minimal.
I know, I provided minimal information, just trying to gauge the thoughts out there.

Do it. Sure, maybe it would be best not to, but this is actually a more common practice than you think (especially in other industries).
Go where you need to be. Don't let some recruiting partner who really could care less guilt trip you into not doing what you think is best for you.

So, I was one of the ppl who just a few months ago was adamant about not backing out ITT. However, after going through OCI, I say do whatever the hell is best for you ---
1) they will not care. at all.
2) they would do the same or worse to you. no doubt about it.
