"During the past few years we have hired a number of talented law students into our summer associate program who have recently joined us, or who will soon join us, as entry level associates. Our first commitment is to the attorneys we have already hired, and we want to ensure that we assimilate them fully into the firm. Given this priority, we are taking a conservative approach to hiring for the summer of 2012. At this time we do not anticipate additional hiring needs and are not able to move forward with extending you an offer of employment."
