Silicon Valley: Skadden, DP, Latham

Really appreciate some thoughts on these non-Silicon Valley firms and what they're like. Considering a "local" firm too. I don't want to pass up on future marketability/prestige that they can carry, despite the work not being (perhaps) as interesting. And perhaps worse hours?

Is Latham not considered "local"? Thought they were one of the biggest Menlo Park offices?

OP here. Yes, Latham has a sizeable office but it's not a "native" firm like Fenwick, Cooley, Wilson... that's what I was aiming at.

So. any suggestions on these SV offices?
