Not familiar with the DE's hiring process specifically. But my offer from NY and friends offers from DC and Chicago all came in the evening of the hiring committee meeting or the next day (morning, afternoon, or evening).

Not sure if this is sarcastic or not, but by evening of the hiring committee meeting I meant post-6PM. (I personally got my call at 6:15 and a friend received a 745 phone call).
