Super interested in doing employment law, and there really isn't a better big firm labor/employment practice. Had my CB today, and I would totally take it if offered given how perfectly the firm aligns with the type of work I want to do. Would certainly appreciate if those with offers who don't intend to accept could free up those spots (though obviously only if you have zero intention of taking it).

I know, and I don't expect anyone to go out of their way for me in particular. But its just a general PSA. My school sends out emails every single week reminding us of it, and I don't think there is any harm in just reminding people of it on here as well.

How exactly would you know whether they are giving out their last offers? They told you that? I had a CB yesterday, and I'm hoping for a speedy reply (wishful thinking, I know)

I had a CB yesterday, and I let them know about the urgency of my deadlines coming up next week from other offers. They said I would have a decision by Monday. That could mean that the committee meets at the end of the week to determine who from the past week will get calls (which presumptively would go out Monday). Or it could also mean that they have already decided to reject me, and that I should have the letter by Monday. Hoping its the former, since Paul Hastings is my top choice. But I'm not sure what to make of it.

Yeah I told them about an impending deadline and they said they will totally work with me to make sure there are no deadline conflicts. So I guess they just expedited it for me. Hopefully its good news on Monday.

Interviewed 2 weeks ago, and pressed them for a decision fast since I had deadlines coming up. Sounded like I was close but no cigar (and I'm pretty sure I know specifically which interviewer shot me down). Oh well.
