Scheduling callbacks - does 2 days matter?

I've heard about the "rolling admissions" for jobs, and I've been asked to return to a firm for a callback. The options are two days apart and this appears to be the end of their recruiting season. Should I still pick the earlier day or does it not matter at this point?

Personally, I scheduled my callbacks as soon as I could within reason.
I doubt it'll make a difference, but I'd prefer to err on the side of caution and get in there as soon as possible unless there is some hardship or you wouldn't be prepared.

Well despite "rolling offers," hiring committees still have to meet. If this is the end of the season, then there is a chance that there is only one last committee meeting. Do you think that is the case, any info on that? If so, then just go with the date most comfortable for you since they'll consider you together with everyone else at the same time.
Otherwise, if the above is not true, schedule asap.

there's no way of knowing, really, how this particular firm works, especially since they may change how they operate throughout the recruiting season. while some committees may meet periodically, i recently did a callback with a firm that extended an offer the morning after. i know this happened for a couple other people that interviewed recently. this wasn't how it was earlier in the season...i think they're trying to quickly fill up the class. the firm you're interviewing could be the same. i'd schedule asap.
