Dinner with 4 attorneys

I'm having dinner with 2 partners and 2 associates from a firm I have an offer with.
Should I order a bottle of wine? Just a glass?
Should I get a surf and turf? How about a cow and sow? (I've never seen that on a menu, but why not? A piece of pork and a piece of beef.)

Why don't you just like, follow their lead and not worry about it? Though, I am sure this firm has no offered summers before because they were upset with their menu preference.

They have done that. I know a girl who was no offered, and she said the only thing she did wrong was to order a burger instead of a steak.

Order a separate bottle of wine for every person at the table. Even though "cow and sow" will probably not be on the menu, they will probably have each dish listed separately on the menu, thus making it acceptable to order both and then you can create your own cow and sow.

Can I object if they order cigars?
