Thanks for this. Do you have any aspirations of doing a SCOTUS clerkship and are you working for any of the top feeder judges?

Interesting stuff, GTL.

In the last chart when you refer to "active" judges, I assume this means "active" as in "still on the bench," not "active" as in "not senior status" right? I only ask because I'm pretty sure Calabresi and Sack (and maybe others on the list?) have taken senior status , so I just wanted to clarify.

Anyone still waiting? I had a few interviews at the end of last week, and I've yet to hear anything. I'm not expecting anything at this point (obviously I wasn't the top choice for any of those judges), but how long does it usually take for rejections? Is it possible that they've extended offers to people who are still sitting on them?

It just seems weird. All of my friends heard up or down within 48 hours (most within 24).
