Follow up with firm if nothing to add?

A firm I interviewed with about 3 weeks ago said they will hire all candidates before making decisions but recruiter said numerous times that I can follow up whenever i want even just to see where they are in the process. I have no offers or nothing to update them on, but I just want to touch base to express my continued interest, they were my favorite firm thus far. But I don't want to annoy/push them or seem "desperate"
thoughts? leave it alone?

I would, 3 weeks is plenty of time to give before following up.

Shoot the recruiter an email. It can't hurt, and if you get an immediate ding, at least you found out now instead of waiting 2 weeks.

OP. Well, they said they interview everyone before making any offers (its a slightly smaller firm - but still market pay) and I won't hear till mid september. Pretty much silence is killing me. I want to let them know I am still interested, don't forget about me! And just see where they are in the process.
Any ideas on how to address the e-mail?

Briefly state that you are moving towards the end of your on campus interviews. Still very interested in the firm and curious where they are in the recruitment process.
