Cravath vs. K&E (Chi) vs. GDC (Dallas)

For corporate. Don't have a much of a geographic preference, but would probably like to be back in the midwest later on (laterally or in-house). I like CSM's rotation system, but I can see the benefits of the free-market system at K&E and GDC. GDC Dallas is a "satellite" office, but there's the opportunity to work across offices via the free market (some associates i talked to said about 90%+ of their work was coming from other offices). Any help in weighing factors would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!
