Importance of Firm Prestige for Clerkships

I am deciding between summering at a high-vault firm and a non-vault firm, and wondering what impact this will have on clerkships at the district level. I ran a search and it seems like there are comments stating that grades are far more important than where you summer. However, I was thinking that since the clerks are probably the ones shuffling through the resumes, as recent T14 grads for the most part, they are going to be more impressed by someone who summered at say, DPW, than a non-vault firm. Thoughts?

Whoops. That's me. Need to post non-anon to follow. (Didn't mean to post as an anon in the first place.)
