What is public finance? Is it anything like project finance? It's been mentioned a few times as one of my top-choice firm's best practices, but I have no idea what it entails.

OP. Thanks for the reply. I had seen this, but wasn't really able to figure out what the lawyers do. Anybody with experience in this area?
