Jones Day NY Regional Ranking

Just wondering how accurate is the Vault Regional rankings in terms of Jones Day in NYC? Is it really not even comparable to the rest of the V30 in NYC (and if that's the case why is Jones Day a V20. Is it on the strength of its other, smaller offices?)

It's overall rankings - for example, in the Midwest, Jones Day is #1, while Gibson Dunn doesn't hit the top 25. GDC doesn't make the Chicago rankings either. So someone in Chicago could ask the same about why GDC is ranked so high.
