I am trying to get a better understanding on my future firm's clients' businesses. I have always been told that trade journals are a good way to stay in tune with certain industries. I am wondering if anyone could recommend some non-academic trade journals or periodicals on any of the following industries/topics:

Commercial Banking
Securities Underwriting
Corporate Finance

I am also interested in learning more generally about securitization, credit enhancement, and private placements.

Any help would be appreciated.
