has anyone gotten an offer from winston NY? when was your CB compared to your offer?

bump....no one has heard?

my CB was over 2 weeks ago & i still haven't heard anything...

Interviewed with them last year and it was the worst experience possible post call back. They call back a ton of people for a limited amount of spots. They give some people offers and just hold the rest. Worst part is that last year they stopped responding to emails, phone calls, or voicemails. I had to call my screening interviewer who then called recruiting who then finally rejected me over the phone. Awful. Took until October. Beautiful office though.

that's too bad to hear because i really liked the people i met, and i like the size of their summer class.

Don't be discouraged though. That was last year. It could be different. If it helps, I think there was a thread for Winston ny last year. They could have changed things up. It's not over till it's over. Just don't be surprised if Martina Owens doesn't pick up any phone calls and doesn't return emails. Good luck guys.

Does anyone know their callback-offer ratio?

at CLS they called back 29 but only offered six in 2010

know of 2 offers at ccn - both got it a week after cb

i'm this anon. just got an offer, almost 3 weeks after CB.
so don't give up hope yet!

CB on the 7th, offer on the 9th.

I know of someone who had a callback and got offer a long time ago (back in August), but their timing seems random.

Ditto, last year I got an offer but it was ~3+ weeks post-callback.

Any offers out for this year? Had my cb a week ago; nothing yet

I got a CB here a few weeks ago and couldn't get in touch with anyone in recruiting to schedule it. Called and e-mailed. Got an offer from a separate CB but really a frustrating experience because I love Kessler.

Had a CB late last week.... silence here too.

They told me after my CB that it would be between 1-2 weeks before I hear anything.
