How do you get 3L Part time work
Does the firm typically offer you the opportunity to work part time during 3L to you after the summer if they like you, or did you have to ask about it and if so when, during the summer or after you got the full-time offer?

Just because they don't ask you to work part-time during the year absolutely does not mean that they don't like you (hell they might like you enough to give you a break). At my firm it was logical for me because I worked on a huge project for months, was familiar with it, and it is wrapping up this month.
