Generic questions re: offers

I got an offer for a summer "clerkship" position at a small-ish firm (2 offices, about 40 attorneys total) 3 weeks after the initial screening interview, and without a CB. A few questions (I tried search, but I guess I suck at it):

1. Should I immediately inform other firms (that have not rejected me yet) of my offer deadline? Or is there some customary rule about waiting until closer to the deadline?
2. Since there was no CB, there were some questions I had about the likelihood of getting a full associate offer after I graduate that I was not able to ask. The smaller firm size and the fact that they offered me a summer "clerkship" position (as opposed to "associate"--some other threads made it seem like this title was a critical distinction in the likelihood of getting a full offer after graduation) makes me think that a full associate offer after graduation is a lot less likely. Anyone have any advice on how to figure this out, or do I just need to hope for the best/expect the worst?

Thanks!

2. Go for a visit and speak to them.
