Dechert DC Offers?

Anyone heard back from Dechert (DC) after their callbacks yet?
I had a callback with Dechert DC 2-3 weeks ago. Was told it might be a couple/few weeks before they let me know one way or the other. I talked to a friend who had a callback ~5 days after mine and got an offer either later that day or the following day. I have yet to hear back.
Is my friend the outlier, or am I? Should I assume a rejection by now?
