What are callbacks at mid-size firms like?

One of my upcoming CBs is at a medium-sized firm, about 30 attorneys in the office. I'm wondering, from people who've had experience with CBs at firms that aren't huge, what was it like? Was it also an all-day affair, 8-10 interviews, etc...?

In my experience they are pretty much the same as at the big firms. 4-6 interviews and a meal. There was a different feel to the offices though, compared to say a satellite office of a megafirm. More energetic, less provincial. Just my take...

Thanks! Hope I can nail this one, I've been running after this firm basically for months now, and so far screening etc.. has all gone perfectly.
