Wednesday Train Travel From DC to NYC

Have a train scheduled for tomorrow morning. At this point, my guess is 50/50 as to whether trains are running between DC and NYC tomorrow. Should I call recruiting and see if I can switch to a plane or just call the travel agency that the firm put me in touch with?

Yeah should have mentioned that. They just say that there is a section of track under repair around trenton, NJ and that they hope to have it up and running as soon as possible, but cannot give a definite time frame.

I'm having the same problems. My train today was canceled. Rebooked for extremely early tomorrow on Amtrak, but as you noted, it may be canceled. All DC-NY shuttles are completely booked from the Hurricane Irene backlog. I'm not going to reschedule my callback yet, but I'm definitely getting an email ready to send out.

I'm the OP. I just got a flight through the travel agency and cancelled the train. Delta has tons of openings apparently on their shuttles out of Reagan. Good luck

Last week took the Acela = no internet for 4 hours. Power intermittent.
Took the Bolt Bus back = internet the entire way.
YMMV
