Anyone know which firms have prominent real estate practice groups that focus on land use/zoning as opposed to finance?

Bryan Cave in NYC. Fried Frank also does some of this, though they do more real estate finance.

Check out Wachtel. Wachtel & Masyr, that is. Masyr is considered one of the top land-use guys in the city. I have no clue what they pay or the overall reputation of the firm, though.

Thank you, but I am looking for personal anecdotes/advice from people who actually practice land use law.
