is it normal that recruitng manager ask for transcript when setting up a call back interview?
I am kinda worried because I got really crappy grades...

Totally normal for them to ask for grades. They want to assess you on both your personality and academic credentials. If you have gotten this far without showing your grades, then you obviously have the personality they want. But you obviously have to have the academic credentials as well. Surprised they didn't ask for grades during your screener.

They actually did, but I was interviewing with partners from the main office. Now they want to put me in the branch office.

Well then your grades obviously aren't that crappy if you showed them during the screener and still got the CB
