I didn't send thank you notes after my callback, which was a few days ago. How bad is this?

In my opinion, it probably won't hurt you. A lot of people on this site think thank you notes are essential to getting an offer, but having spoken with all the people who interview 2Ls at the firm I did my SA gig at, they all say thank you notes are ignored at best and annoying/detrimental at worst.
