callback resume reads

Is it a bad sign when you can obviously tell that callback interviewers haven't actually read your resume.
On my last callback, V50, an associate pulled up my resume and appeared to be reading it for the first time.
Only one of the 5 people I saw that day had actually mentioned something indicating a previous read of my resume. That same person had also read my transcript. Unfortunately, that person was a 1st year (about to be second year). I'm thinking this is a ding.
Thoughts?

5Cbs this week and this has happened in every single one. They just don't have a lot of time. They are, you know, working on important stuff

Also my experience. How would this mean a rejection? If they haven't read your transcript or resume they can't even have negatively prejudged you. They wouldn't waste their time if you were just that transparently unqualified. I'd try to relax about this.

Don't worry about this, especially since we're still at the stage where callbacks are at pretty short notice. I had this happen to me a couple of days ago and got an offer the next day. These are busy attorneys that are taking a half hour out of their full day to interview someone.
