Scenario interviews

I have one in a callback. Anyone know what this means/has gone through it?

I think I have heard this called behavioral interviewing. If that is what you are talking about, it just means questions like "tell me about a time when you ____ and how you learned from it/overcame it/dealt with it"

To be honest these questions are very common in non-legal interviewing and I think we are pretty lucky they aren't used that pervasively in law interviews.

I read a scenario before going in and then the interview is centered around it
