Interviewer in another practice area, how to handle?

Pretty simple, I'm interested in litigation generally, with specific interest in a few practice groups at some of the firms I'm interviewing with. Many of my interviewers are from the corporate side, how should I approach this in the interview? Most of my questions about the firms stem from their litigation practice, how specific should I go? I'm worried that I'll run out of legitimate questions if they are unfamilliar with that side of the firm. I also have no interest in discussing recent deals they worked on, because it isn't the sort of work I intend to do.
