Law Firm NALP Entries

Why do some firms not have them? I understand the reasoning for why smaller firms don't. But what about mid-size firms with 20-40 attorneys and multiple offices?

Because they are not members of the NALP.

No bothersome rules with which to comply? I honestly don't know how firms benefit from NALP membership.

Easier for students to find them and apply to them or for people to know they exist.
