What are some good questions for a rising 3L to ask an interviewer? Obviously questions about the summer program and life as a summer go out the window, so what are some good ones?

Life... as an associate?

Is there anything else worth asking? Namely, when the hiring partner is one of the attorneys conducting the interview? I have a few questions about specific practice areas, and the case that the interviewing attorneys worked on together, but if there's any "home run" type questions, I would greatly appreciate hearing them.
