Top Law Schools

Hi:

I'm a transfer student wondering whether to wait off to submit mass mailing apps after I hear about whether I've made law review at my new school. Not sure when we'll finally hear back but I'm guessing around early september. Should I go ahead and submit to firms now with my current resume or wait until I hear about law review?
